I’ve been trying to log in to mycloud for days and continue to receive, “The server encountered an unexpected error which prevented it from completing your request. Please close this window and start the sign in process again.” I have rebooted my base device and nothing changes.
Here the same problem since yesterday. Everything started up again, no results. Tried with Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
The mobile app just works.
