Data transfer stop at 75GB on my 4TB Ultra

Hello!

My 4tb Ultra became RAW then i format it. I was able to recover all my files with a recovery software . Now if i transfer data it will work fine until it reach around 75 GB then the transfer stop and a Tik sound can be heard. I do format it several times and the same problem occur.

The drive has ZERO Bad Sectors and it passed the complete WD diagnose test.

So what is the possible problem?

You should try the drive on different computer to isolate such issue and as you can hear the clicking sound, you can refer the link given below and follow the steps to isolate the issue.
