Dashbord Not accesseble

I’ve purchased a new 16TB Mycloud ex4011. I try to setup IP addrss using the dashboard network setting. But now The dashbord is not opening. The device is pinging can somene suggest me what should I do fix this.

Please try to change the browser. If that doesn’t fix the issue I would suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps mentioned below to fix the issue that you are facing.

Try to reset the drive for 4 sec and see whether the issue resolves or not.

Need to access from same lan.
That is bad.
In our company have differents lan for each department.


How can we give web access for every lan?
