Hello, I have a model ex4100. My dashboard is very slow, I am not able to connect. The browser stops the connection to the dashboard. Do you have an idea? What can I do?

Does the dashboard open or not?
I have two WD My Clouds, a 1st generation and a second generation. It takes longer for the dashboard to show up from the 1st generation than the second, however they both eventually show everything.
Tell us more about your setup. What type of computer do you have and how much RAM. What browser are you using? Have you tried a different one? How fast is your internet connection? What router are you using? The more information you provide the better we can help.
