Dashboard times out

Hello

Last week I bought a My Cloud 4tb

The install went well and it all works okay, except for the dashboard. Somehow it sort of times out. I just can’t perform any admin tasks like adding users

The dashboard hangs after submitting info

Anyone any idea?

The firmware v4 makes the UI horribly slow and it gets better after the NAS is done with digesting the content. The UI remains much slower than with v3 anyway.

You have to be really patient and wait for the UI to refresh, which might take up to a mn, and for the NAS to digest all the content you upload (which might take up to 24h or more)
