Dashboard stuck

I get the following message when trying to connect the WD dashboard “Reading configuration information” 

I Resetting with Power On and Resetting with Power Off

the problem persists.

Have you tried resetting the unit to see if this makes the dashboard appear correctly, also try to use a different web browser to try to access the dashboard.
