My EX4100 has disapeared from my home network, and I cannot acces it via the IP address, or the http://wdmycloudex4100/ address
Also its not visable, when I try to map the network drive.
I can access it from my WD TV box, so can still use it with the TV and the my cloud app, but only when I’m on the home network, it’s not accessable from outside.
The 40 second reset does nothing, it just stays turned off with no rebooting at all.
Any ideas for a fix to this would be greatly appreciated, as uploading to it via the app is very time consuming
