Dashboard is Empty

The dashboard is showing no SSD installed?
However, if another SSD installed its fine, after checking there seems to be an issue with the model name of the SSD in that the dashboard doesn’t recognized due to an incorrect name/tag being used.

I have included 2 screen shots of 2 PC’s using the same SSD model,
Is this a flaw in the naming of the model when at the factory??
