Dashboard Get code no response

At dashboard, I tried to add device by clicking “Get code” but it just shown “updating” without any code generated.

Try to powercyle the drive.

If that does not work, reset the unit back to factory settings

Everything we try to do at the moment results in “Updating …” And nothing happens.
