Dashboard does not detect drives

Dashboard no longer detects MyHome Cloud and MyHome Cloud Duo drives.
I have one system running Win 11 that works fine. 3 others using Win 10 are unable to detect the drives.

I did the registry edit, enabled SMB, no joy. Help!

Is there another software app that will work? I’m getting no assistance from WD. Pretty fed up at this point and the drives are basically useless currently.

Unlike the My Cloud, the My Cloud Home does not support a web brower (NAS Type) dashboard.

this all used to work, not any longer. If they won’t do what they were supposed to do, I see the scrap heap coming up soon.

Yes, one MyCloud Home and one MyCloud Home Duo.

Is there an app in Linux that I could access these drives with? They are predominately pdf files but have .exe, .msi, .png scattered around.

They are a step closer to the round file today.
