Dashboard "Cannot Find *.local"

Once I renamed my WD My Book Live from the default name, and try to access the Dashboard via the Quick View menu in the top menu bar - I’m given the error that my browser “Cannot find cloud.local”. I can access via the IP address, so it just makes it a little inconvenient and thought I’d see if there’s a fix for this.

edit: I forgot to mention I’m on a MacBook Air (brand new), using OS X 10.6.7

Nothing I’ve seen before. Have you tried resetting the unit? It will not change the name. I tried and it work even when typing the name in to two different browsers ( Firefox and Safari )
