When the new dashboard is running in the notification tray it eats CPU resources with no game mode enabled.
Also when it is running, performance on all benchmarks drops 10% on reads, 20%on writes. Simply quitting dashboard eliminates the problem.
4.0.2.20 and the new app are huge leaps backward. The only good thing is the directstorage compatible notice for what that’s worth. Please rework this thing and don’t try to do to much with it. Just report health when it’s open and manage firmware updates. Stop eating PC resources and eating your own SSD performance while its running in the notification tray.
