Damaged external HDD case?

Hello
I bought WD 10TB elemets desktop from amazon.com

I just unpacked the product.
The external HDD case was opened by itself After removing the clear wrap.

So i tried to close the Case, and now it seems closed tight.

I haven’t used it yet.
and i haven’t opened the adapter and USB cable.
What should i do?

contact the amazon.com seller.

I live in south korea.
It’s really long distance between South Korea and America.

If i return it, The seller will cost $40 for return shipping.
Even though not my money but…
I wonder if there’s any good other solution
