Cursor doesn't show up

I am trying to connect to my device using the last option, Connect to Device with MyCloud.com login. When the screen pops up there is no cursor present on the name line or top line. When I tab to the password area, the cursor is available. If I tab through back to “name”… No cursor. I have tried to cut and paste, but unable. Any ideas.
