Critical Condition Light Flashing

In the past 12 hours or so, the critical condition light of my WD ShareSpace Network Storage System (8TB) is flashing. So far the device (6 years old) continues to be working. Is there a reason for me to be alarmed by the flashing red light? Is there anything I need to do? I appreciate any advice.

PS: Now Hard Drive 4 shows steady amber light. This may implies error. Any suggestion what I need to do?
