Create new root shared folder

On my personal cloud I have 2 shared folders which were created when installed.

A public folder/share and another which is my user name

How do I create a new folder/share at rood level.

The create folder button is greyed at at root

I need to create a new folder as i’m Trying to install HDHomeRun and use my personal cloud as the location to record
