Crashing after installing sn850x

I Installed a new sn850x in my legion 5 pro laptop running Windows 10 and ever since it blue screens every few minutes!

I got a new 4Tb sn850x and copied the data across using dd and expanded the partition using gparted. I replaced my older 1Tb windows C drive with a 4Tb SN850X. It crashed once and I then removed it and updated the firmware using WD digital dashboard. I reinstalled the drive and it’s still crashing with the same “WHEA_INTERNAL_ERROR” blue screen. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?

I managed to run a short and an extended SMART test and they both found no faults, but my laptop still crashed when I shut it down after the tests. I also tested the drive before using it with h2testw and found no issues.

Thanks. I haven’t, no.
I haven’t seen any more crashes in the last couple of days since re-seating the drive.
