Hi, everyone.
After I uninstalled the older version and re-installed the newer version of WD Discovery, I kept getting Windows notification and asked me if I should allow to start updating both WD Drive Utilities and WD Backup. I keep clicking “Yes” but nothing happen.
Then I checked WD Discovery to check the status for both WD Drive Utilities and WD Backup, it said that neither WD Drive Utilities or WD Backup were installed. Yet, both of them are still on my desktop.
What should I do? Should I uninstall both older version WD Drive Utilities and WD Backup, then re-install the newer version?
