Used a My Cloud Ex2 Ultra during 3 years. Then decided to stop using it and sold it.
I have had to buy a new one because with the SATA cable the pc doesn’t read them.
One of the Hard drives has some WD encriptation missing files and the WD My cloud can’t read it.
Continuous red light on the disk bay. I want to recover the files. Any ideas or options?
