Not sure why this has been so hard to find, but I want to know the right way to upgrade my existing My Cloud Mirror Gen 2 RAID 1 config 2 TB x 2 drives with a RAID 1 4TB x 2 config. Is there a step-by-step guide on how to do this? Thanks!

No, not a problem, after last step you will see new option to expand volume to recover “lost” space.
