My device ( purchased 2020 ) has been offline for several months, have been away. Reconnected power - solid white light then flashing white light for some hours, iOS app states ‘device offline’. Removed power and LAN cable, reinserted power then LAN cable - solid white light then flashing white light for several hours. Performed reset - solid white light then flashing white light for more than 48 hours ( decided to see if it would settle down ) … online support ( chat ) is unavailable to me because I do not live in the USA …
