Hello, I have bought a my passport ultra to store my iTunes library on to be able to connect to my Mercedes a class system - initially had to re-format the drive to be able to store my library from my Mac. When connecting to the car, I get the message unable to read usb storage?? I have been able to do this with a very small capacity usb data stick successfully, and can’t see the difference…any ideas or suggestions…?? All I want to do is listen to my iTunes music in the car!

Have you verified what file system the car supports, perhaps this happens because de drive is formatted specifically for MAC.
