Connection problem

Hi Everybody,

I have a little problem with my Mybookworld connection with Freebox Revolution. Since many day, I must click on reset button 4 seconds to access hard drive.

Can you help me ?

There’s either a connection or drive issue.

Try assigning a static IP address and mapping the unit on the computer.

Hi John012,

I have mapping on three PC, but it doesn’t work. This anomaly was appeared since I change “freebox v5” for 'freebox v6".

I was assign a static IP address.
