Hi all just joined the community, I bought the wd live tv media streamer and have it setup on my tv wireless is all connected I am using windows xp media centre I have a folder in my documents called downloads which I have shared but the wd cant find it I have to transfer my movies to the video folder im my documents any one any suggestions I tried sharing my c drive also but the wd does not pick it up
So it works if the files are placed in the video folder but not on download? This could be a permission issue, you may try following the steps from this article.
Also, how are accessing your media, by Media Server or Network Shares?
