Hi, I ve a problem with connecting my new Mac to the My Cloud divice in order to get the dashboard . I used it already with my old pc (windows 7) and it works very well. I can see the folders but thats it.

How have you tried to access the Dashboard in your Mac? Have you tried a different Internet Browser and your WD My Cloud’s IP address?
