am using windows 10, connected my cloud directly to my pc , change it to a static ip and i can access it om WD my cloud desktop app and on web, but smartware is not seeing it as target now, is there a solution for that?
Is your NAS isolated with a different or secondary IP configuration not matching your main/router network even though your computer can access it?
