Connect to WD Drive whilst on photo shoot no laptop

Hi All, newbie here and looking for a Ext hard disk that will either take an SD or/and CF card so I can transfer photos when I am in the field with no laptop? or maybe connect direct using my Canon 5d Mk iV?

Any suggestions please?
