My Congratulations for WD company - zero emission for support your devices.
There are few companies that can pull off the same level of support for an EOL product as a non-EOL product (Gen1 vs Gen2). But WD, you’ve shown that you can go the extra mile and do what few companies would ever dream of. You’re one of a kind. I think you should release a new box to celebrate this achievement. Surely you have 5 or 6 in the pipes right now…
Nice one guys :smileyvery-happy:
Lamentable, I have a " GEN 1 " and if i bought the " GEN 2 " because I saw enterprise that was giving support to their products but with this one is patetic
I paid too my prodcut and I see that owners of the “LIVE” have support and we nothing.
The price was no very different, at the time why the treat is so different?
The chip is the same and i don’t undestand why the “LIVE” owners can play dvd menus and we don’t, why some mkv files they can play and we don’t, etc.
When we’ll can say: YES, WE CAN.
