Nope… The configuration is all done through the Web UI.

If you have access via ssh you are obvious able to amend the smb configurations as common in any debian (Linux) system. There are a lot of how-to’s in the web about that topic.
I have for my purpose installed webmin on the box to use a GUI for that purpose.
