I just bought G-Raid with Thunderbolt 2 and USB 3. I want to configure it for Raid 1 and downloaded what I thought was the correct software but the device is not recognized.
I am on a Macbook Pro using Mojave 10.14.5
When I open Disk Utility there is no Raid tab.

The software you need is here: G-RAID/w TB2 Utility Once the RAID has been converted you will then need to erase the drive in the Disk Utility.
Thanks, Rydia. I downloaded the software and tried to install it but I get the message, “no devices found”. The g-drive does appear on the computer desktop. What do I need to do?
