Completely unusable - Last ditch effort with EX2

Here’s my suggestion

  1. Login to the UI and perform a Full Factory Restore (yes you will loose all your data but get a brand new file system so back it up before the restore)

  2. Login and disable Cloud Service, DNLA, iTunes

  3. Connect your MAC Ethernet cable to the same router as the WD NAS

  4. Power off and on your networking equipment

  5. Transfer files and be happy :slightly_smiling:

  6. Now try to transfer via wifi

  7. Report the results to the group
