All of the specs I have read in adverts for the WD MyCloud Mirror 6Th or 8Tb NAS say that it works with various MAC operating systems and with Windows XP, Vista, Win-7, Win-8 and Win-8.1. However, I have seen no mention anywhere of it working with Windows-10 !! Can I ask if it does work with Windows-10 and if so if there are any foibles that I need to be aware of ??

all the My Cloud devices works with Windows 10. Only limitation: Windows Edge browser has some issue, therefore please use Windows 11 browser (available in Windows Asseccories Menue) or any other browser like Chrome or Firefox.
