Hi,
My computers “MAC” Apple detect my external drive USB 3.0 compatible with 2.0.
My LENOVO computer also detects it but it appears in the file “peripherals and printers” with a yellow exclamation point. I can’t open it to storage my datas.
Could you please help solve this problem?

If your hard drive was formatted in your Mac to any file system other than FAT32 or exFAT then Windows will no longer detect your unit since Mac-optimized file systems like HFS+ (Mac OS Extended Journaled) are not supported by Windows.
