I hope you would consider developing an app that would enable to play the CNN and Headline News Live TV.
Currently, it is possible to stream said services via PC, Android and iOS provided that the client has a valid username and password from the cable and satellite TV provider.
There should be no reason why WDTV would be unable to stream it.
