I am just setting up my cloud and need to access the web interface to make changes to allow access from my mobile device.

When I try to access it either through dashboard or the http://wdmycloud it states:

“You don’t have permission to access /UI on this server.”

“Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request”

Any help on this error would be appreciated.

Are you trying to access the Web Interface from the internet or something?

You give your phone and other devices access from the Dashboard. See image below. I have the WD My Cloud App and WD Photos on my phone. You can check out the Help information provided in the Dashboard too.

Are you using a desktop or laptop to set up your My Cloud?
