Cloud home 8 TB is too noisy and very slow

i have My cloud home 8 TB, but it is very noisy ( HDD writing and reading sound) the sound is unusual and i hear it only on the pre-failure symptoms of the HDD

Also it is very slow when writing data even when connecting USB 3 external HDD it takes 3 hours to copy 10 GB and over network it is slower.

anyone have this issue and is it requires RMA replacement.
