So - it says that login is required to access the device & to click on image - nothing happens. Any other option?

Apologies - so, I have the image up on screen that shows that data will transfer from the desktop to MyBook. Near the image of MyBook, there is a statement that says “click on the image to open.” well, I click it but nothing happens. Hope I made sense this time.
