Beware of the process, people. I sent in a drive using the advance RMA option. WD received my drive, but I have yet to receive their replacement. I have an APO address and they failed to take note of that and used UPS to ship it. Now I’m sure I’m going to have a finger pointing war before they admit to flubbing it at their end. After having a drive die for no reason, and then this failure, I am leaning towards other brands if I don’t get prompt satisfaction.
