CHKDSK failed

Hi

My PC is in Windows 7.

When I reboot it, it shows D: disk  needs to be checked and error message shows "Windows cannot recover master file table. CHKDSK failed.

I have very important data inside.

I’ve checked this disk is WD2500AAKS.

I’ve run Data Lifeguards tool and results are :

It seems OK.

May I ask how to recover the data in it, please?
