Check of drive failed during setup

During the setup check to see if everything was working, I got the message “unable to add files”.


Are you trying to add some files locally or remotely? What type of files?

Check if you have a firewall on your router not allowing the connection.

Spent 35 mins with one of your customer reps and arrived at the fact that the drive is not functioning correct. It will be replaced. Only worked for about 1 week.
