Charge battery

Battery will not charge. This device is only 2 years old. any suggestions

The My Passport Wireless Pro may not charge under the following conditions.

  • OEM 12 Watt 5 Volt 2.4 Amp power adapter not being used
  • Power adapter prongs not connected to an efficient supply of power
  • External USB device attached to the USB port
  • Constant disk read or write activity
  • Plex Media Server indexing content

the first 3 conditions have and are being met, the other two you have to connect to dashboard. How do I do that with Wirelesspro connected to my MacbookPro with usb?

I can not conect to dashboard!!! I do not get a wifi light!!!So how do I diagnose if I can not connect to dashboard??? Stand by your product and replace, even though this is past warranty it should not fail!!! What kind of company are you???
