I have been able to move pictures on my phone from messenger and other folders to my camera folder on my cell. .They would then automatically upload to the designated folder on old MyCloud single bay device. However, with the EX2 Ultra device. No pictures automatically upload to the designated folder when I move pictures to the camera folder on my cell.
Why is that, is there something I am supposed to do differently now with the EX2 Ultra device.
