Caviar blue noise

I have a new caviar blue in my system for one month now. But last two weeks it makes a lot of noise nonstop and when i check task manager it shows me 0%usage but still it sounds like it works as ■■■■ but pc is in idle mode. Any tips what should do before i smash this disk…
