So I figured out how to enable SSH–thanks for all your help! I had to use Android. I’m having a similar issue with photo viewing. The dashboard on my Win 10 PC does not display any folders, so I can’t view my pics. However the Android app displays all the pictures/videos in their original folders. Is there a workaround, or is this a software bug? I need a big screen to view everything.

You’re right, the Dashboard does not display the folders, use File Explorer to see them. See example image below.
Click on, tap or activate image to enlarge it.
The pictures will open in your default app.
The Dashboard is the MyCloud’s control interface. It is NOT a file manager.
Have you read the User Manual?
Since mine was a refurb, it did not come with a user manual. I didn’t know about File Explorer, thanks for the hint!
