What can I do? I have connection to mycloudhome-storage, so I can use folder and so on. I see it on the desktop. But I can’t use wd drive utilities. The storage (my cloud home) isn’t recognized. Just us wd Security - i can’t use this app, cause my cloud home isn’t recognized.
I use the wd device on my mac with fritzbox 3630. Do I have to change settings on my fritzbox?
