I’m using a My Cloud Mirror Gen2 with FW 2.21.126.
I still can’t connect to my My Cloud Mirror via “mycloud.com” if I left my own local network，so I got another way，but it won’t work well , either.
Today I tried to upload some files using a standard user account via “Web Files Explorer” and it said that “Success” , but there were no such files in there in fact. But the admin account can do this OK. I’m sure the standard account has authority in settings and can both read and write the folder via Mycloud APP.
So how can I fix it ? Or is that a bug ？
