Trying to upload Word and other docs from my Samsung S20+ Smartphone to a folder on my MyCloud Home device; but the app will only allow uploads of photos and videos.
On the other hand, the MyCloud Home web-based app allows files of all types to be copied/uploaded and saved to the Home device. No choice to add other file types from folders on my phone.
So what’s with the app limitation? Is it just a setting on my smartphone that needs to be adjusted or turned on? Very weird.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
