Can't transfer iTunes albums to MyCloud Home / CD Artwork

Hi. I’m trying to drag albums from iTunes to my music folder like I used to on my old WD My Cloud but all I get is this message ‘Upload from archive is not supported. Please extract files before upload’

I don’t understand what this means or how to fix it. What changed from the old unit to this new My Cloud Home unit.

Also, After transferring all of my music library to the new unit, many songs no longer have the artwork attached to them. I’m very meticulous about every album and/or song having artwork :wink:
It used to be that any song title that contained a period/dot (.) would not allow artwork but I fixed all those. Why would some be missing now?
