Can't sign in to My Cloud

Hi to everyone,
I am new around here and yesterday I received My Cloud PR4100, 24TB. I setup my account, I connect the device to my network and everything looked good. Today I want to sign in to my cloud but it is keep saying invalid password or email. I have cleaned the cookies, I tried on different browsers, computers, accounts and nothing. Also I reset my password but not received any email to reset it (I checked the junk folder). I am using Mac and I can connect the PR4100 through Finder and through my iPhone application. Does any one faced this issue, there is anything I can do before I contact the support team?
