Can't set up My Passport

I’m having trouble accessing MyPassport device. At end of installation I’m asked to sign in to MyCloud, but Sign In button does not work (tested on both devices, one threw a Javascript error).

Tried logging ticket on product support, but the serial number doesn’t get recognised (I triple checked, no confusing Os/0s).

Can anyone advise?

I tried, but this seems to be down at present.

And when I tried logging an issue last time, it wouldn’t accept the product key on the box
